For the second time in four weeks, the National Collegiate Gymnastic Association named Nichols its NCGA East Region All-Around Gymnast of the Week due to her performance at the Springfield Tri-Meet on Feb. 9.

Nichols bested her previous career high by over half a point, scoring a 37.975 that propelled her into four-best among NCGA gymnasts, as well as being first among NCGA East All-Arounders. Within the performance, she finished second on the beam with a new personal best of 9.725. She also set a new high mark on floor with a 9.700, which tied for fourth place at the meet.

Going along with those performances, she tied for fifth in bars with a 9.450, while also scoring a 9.100 on bars to finish 14th.
