Brownewell claimed two individual wins as well as a relay win on Saturday as Ithaca defeated Fredonia, Brockport and Buffalo State. He opened up his day with a win in the 50 backstroke, swimming to a time of 25.26. He followed that up with a 100 backstroke victory in 54.37 before closing out the day on the first-place 200 freestyle relay team which won in 1:32.04.
