Ithaca picked up the men's soccer Defensive Performer of the Week, as Lichtenstein recorded two shutouts to start the season. In his 2-0 finish this weekend, Lichtenstein anchored a defense that allowed no goals in two games. In Friday's win over NYU, he recorded two saves as IC went on to top the Violets, 4-0. He returned Saturday to make five saves in the Bombers win over No. 5 Messiah. He currently leads the Liberty League with two shutouts.
