Steele led Ithaca to a 3-0 week and first place in the Empire 8 standings, averaging 13.0 points, 9.3 rebounds and 4.0 blocks per game while playing just 24.7 minutes per game. She recorded double-doubles in both ends of a weekend sweep of Nazareth and RIT, collecting a career-best 12 rebounds in each win. She blocked a career-best four shots in the Nazareth win, then topped that total with five in the RIT win. Steele shot 44.4 percent from the floor (16-36) and 70 percent from the line (7-10) and recorded four steals.
