Ithaca College Athletics

Gunderson posted wins in singles and doubles in the semifinals and finals to earn the inaugural Most Valuable Player honors as Ithaca captured the title at the 2007 Empire 8 Women’s Tennis Championship Tournament. She tallied straight-set wins at second singles in the 9-0 Bombers’ semifinal win over Rochester Institute of Technology and 5-2 championship victory over Stevens Institute of Technology. Gunderson teamed with Natalie Jenereski to post 8-2 and 8-1 wins in the championship and semifinal, respectively.
