ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's and women's swimming & diving teams earned recognition as Scholar All America Teams by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America for the 2013-14 season. The CSCAA recognizes teams with this honor if they achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The men finished with a 3.30 GPA, which ranked tied for 26th among all NCAA Division III institutions. The women ranked tied for 31st in the country with a 3.47 grade-point average. Nine women also earned individual awards, including three First Team Scholar All-America honors and six Honorable Mention Scholar All-Americans.

The Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimmers and divers, who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, for the semester or cumulative average, and have qualified for and competed at their respective national championship. 

The Honorable Mention Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimmers and divers, who have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, for the semester or cumulative average, and have achieved a "B" time standard, but have not qualified to compete in their respective national championship. Divers qualify by competing at their respective championship qualifying meets.
