RADNOR, Pa. – The 10th-ranked Ithaca College men's lacrosse team (7-2) suffered its second loss of the season Saturday afternoon falling to third-ranked Cabrini (9-0), 20-11, as the Cavaliers remained perfect in 2014. Ithaca's only other loss was to top-ranked RIT, 15-11, on March 1.
Cabrini powered to victory behind two seven-goal quarters. The Bombers owned a 4-2 edge after the first, and improved their gap to 5-2 to open the second, but the Cavaliers netted seven straight to lead 9-5 at the break. Ten scoreless minutes opened the third before Cabrini crept ahead 13-7. The Cavaliers went on to post seven scores to Ithaca's four in the fourth for a 20-11 final.

John Januszkiewicz recorded a Bomber-best performance of five points on four scores and an assist. Seniors

Ryan Burns each tallied twice with Burns making one assist. Junior

Scott Sidnam made seven saves in goal and collected a pair of ground balls.
Ithaca's 11 scores matched the most Cabrini has allowed in a single game all season.
Cabrini narrowly outshot Ithaca, 42-38, collected 49 ground balls to the Bombers' 43 and led faceoffs 19-16.
The Bombers return to Higgins Stadium on Wednesday, April 2 hosting local foe and ninth-ranked Cortland at 7 p.m.
