BOSTON, Mass. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team competed in five events Friday on day one of the ECAC Indoor Championships at the Reggie Lewis Center. With six events scored, the Bombers rank 12th with six points.

Ithaca's 4x200-meter relay team of senior Brennan Edmonds, sophomore Aaron Matthias, junior Kevin Davis and sophomore Jeff Hejna secured a bronze-medal finish in the event. They clocked a season-best time of 1:29.92 on the day, inching close to the Bomber school record of 1:29.66.

Sophomore Sawyer Hitchcock raced to a 15:23.37 finish in the 5K, just one spot out of scoring position.

Ithaca's DMR finished 15th in 10:40.23, sophomore De'Marquis Graves placed 17th in the triple jump with a mark of 13.59 meters and junior Rashaad Barrett competed in the 60 dash preliminaries crossing the finish line in 7.11.
