ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's cross country team competed Friday at Cornell's John Reif Memorial Run. There was no team scoring for the 5,000-meter event.

Junior Mary Claire Hartford led the Bombers with a 20:01.60 finish to place 33rd out of 61 runners. Classmate Trisha Ignatowski followed in 35th at 20:15.00 and sophomore Emily Krakowski ran 37th in 20:17.30.

Rookie Emily Drain and sophomore Sydney Glenn clocked back-to-back finishes of 43rd and 44th with times of 20:31.10 and 20:36.90. Rounding out the Bombers' top seven were sophomores Colleen Vaughn and Rachel Doane. They crossed the finish line with times of 21:08.50 and 21:13.80, respectively.

The Bombers will race Saturday, Oct. 26 at the NYSCTC Championship hosted by Hamilton.
