Another three-sport athlete, Fazio lettered three times each in football and baseball, and twice in basketball. He compiled a .370 career batting average. As a sophomore, he batted .490 to rank second in the country. Frank was named to the District II All-Star team in 1967. A two-year starter in football, Fazio did it all on offense: rusher, passer, receiver, place-kicker. After graduation, he coached in the Ithaca School system, serving as head football, basketball and softball coach during his tenure. Fazio has also been an assistant baseball coach at IC, and is one of the finest hitting coaches on the collegiate level.
