Biography

2011: Frid spent his freshman season as part of Ithaca’s novice 8, rowing in the fifth seat.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Oyster River High School, Frid was a member of the swimming and basketball teams.  He rowed four years for Great Bay Rowing.

Personal: A documentary studies and production major, he is the son of Peter and Katherine Frid.
