2018: Empire 8 Second-Team All-Conference...started 46 games on the season and hit .294 with 53 hits, 43 runs, 27 walks, 29 RBI, 15 stolen bases, 12 doubles and three home runs...reached base safely in 24 straight games during the season...went 2-for-4 with a double and a walk against Pomona on March 11... hit a homerun against Caltech on March 15... Went 2-for-4 with a stolen base against Redlands on March 16... went 2-for-4 with a double and stolen base against Stevens on March 25... 2017: Honorable Mention All-Conference...On March 30th went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI against Oneonta... On April 12th at Houghton went two for five with two RBI... 2016: Appeared in 34 games with 25 starts… Named Empire 8 Conference Honorable Mention… In the first game of a doubleheader on March 6th against St. Joseph’s (L.I.), he went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run scored… On March 15th he recorded one hit, with one walk, and one run scored at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps … On April 17th he had his best game of the season going 3-for-4 with four RBI, three runs scored, and two walks vs. Utica… In a matchup at Elmira on April 20th, he went 4-for-5 with one walk, two RBI, and one run scored … Went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and one stolen base in the first game of a double header against Houghton on April 23rd…  On May 4th, he hit his first homerun of the season against St. Lawrence while going 1-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored… He collected two doubles against Elmira on May 7th in three at bats…Raised his average nearly 200 points over the final month of the season – April 17th to May 15th. | 2016 game-by-game statistics

2015: Empire 8 All-Conference Honorable Mention selection…  Appeared in 28 games and started 19 of them... Tallied three hits including an RBI triple and stole a base against Houghton on April 14th... Had a multi-hit game and drove in a run against St. Lawrence on April 29th… Hit a walk-off single to defeat Stevens 7-6 in the second game of the doubleheader on May 2nd… Had two hits and an RBI against Canton on May 7th in the Empire 8 playoffs.  | 2015 game-by-game statistics

High School: A 2014 graduate of Ridgewood High School, Boresta was a three-year letter winner under head coach by Kurt Hommen. In his senior season with the Maroons, he received all-league honorable mention.

Personal: A psychology major, he is the son of Robert Boresta and Eleanor Sophia.
