2016: Januszkiewicz scored earned Empire 8 All-Conference First-Team selection for the second consecutive season as a junior. He ranked third on the squad with a career-best 69 points, scoring a career-high 47 goals and adding another personal best with 22 assists. He scored a career-high seven goals twice in wins over Marywood (2/27) and Alfred (4/23), twice earning Empire 8 Player of the Week nods. He scored his 100th career goal in a victory over St. John Fisher (4/13). Januszkiewicz was named a USILA Third-Team All-American at the conclusion of the season.

2015: Januszkiewicz earned All-Empire 8 First-Team honors as a sophomore. He ranked second on the team with 41 goals, just one goal behind Ithaca's leading scorer. He also added 19 assists, ranking fourth on the team. Januszkiewicz scored a season-best five goals and one assist in 16-12 conference victory over Stevens to host the Empire 8 semifinals. 2014: Named Empire 8 Rookie of the Year, Januszkiewicz started each of the Bombers’ 20 games during his rookie campaign. He was an All-Empire 8 Second-Team selection and earned conference player of the week nods on March 24. Januszkiewicz ranked second on the team with 39 goals and added 15 assists for 54 points. He netted regular-season game-winners against Oswego and Utica and against St. John Fisher in the Empire 8 championship game. He scored a season-best eight points with a six-goal, two-assist performance against the Pioneers. High School: A 2013 graduate of Orchard Park High School, Januszkiewicz was a three-year letter winner for head coach Gene Tundo. An attackman, he earned first-team all-league honors in 2012, first-team all-region nods in 2013 and was named a 2013 All-American. He served as a team captain and received team MVP accolades as a senior. Januszkiewicz also played two years of hockey for the Quakers.

Personal: A business major, he is the son of John and Debbie Januszkiewicz.
