2020: Made three appearances in the circle with one start, allowing eight hits and three earned runs for a 2.63 ERA... Grage also made six appearances with four starts at the plate. *(Spring season was canceled after eight games.)

2019: In the circle, Grage made four appearances with three starts, finishing with a 1-0 record... She also scored two runs on the year... All-Liberty League Spring Academic Team.

2018: Made 13 appearances in the circle for the Bombers, with four starts... Pitched 28.1 innings and struck out 20 batters... Also saw time as the Bombers' flex hitter, recorded four hits in 16 at-bats... All-Liberty League Spring Academic Team.

2017: Named Empire 8 rookie of the year... Named to Second Team All Conference... Grage for the season won seven games, lost three and recorded a save...She threw 60.1 innings in 15 appearances, seven starts with four of those being complete games... As an outfielder she appeared in 36 games with 27 starts... She had 23 hits in 87 at bats, driving in 13 runs, while scoring 10 runs herself...

High School: Attended Pittsford High School where played six seasons under head coach Maureen Kempski…Helped lead her team to back-to-back Section V Championships in her junior and senior seasons and also was a State Champion semi-finalist in her final year with the team…Earned numerous accolades over her time on the squad, including being named to the Section V All-Tournament Team during her senior season…Named First Team All-Greater Rochester, Third State All-State and First Team All-County during her senior campaign…After her junior season, she took home Fifth Team All-State and First Team All-County accolades, as well as being named to the Section V All-Tournament Team…Following her sophomore season, she also earned a spot on the Section V All-Tournament Team and was a Second Team All-County selection…Also lettered in volleyball.
 
Personal: Shannon, the daughter of Kurt and Nancy Grage, is a Clinical Health Studies major.
