Biography

2019: Appeared in 10 games with seven starts during her senior season... All-Liberty League Spring Academic Team.

2018: Appeared in 14 games, making 13 starts... Recorded six hits and five runs in 28 at-bats... All-Liberty League Spring Academic Team.

2017: Kimmel appeared in 24 games and made 20 starts as a sophomore... She had three hits in 21 at bats, with three RBI and two runs scored.

2016: Kimmel, who was named the Empire 8 Conference’s Sportswoman of the Year, appeared in two games for the Bombers as a freshman.  She had one hit in one at-bat.

High School: Kimmel attended Rome Free Academy where she earned four varsity letters under head coach Terry Tabolt…Served as captain of the squad in her junior and senior seasons…Was a First Team CNY All-Star selection…Earned a place on the Tri-Valley All-Star team…Also earned four varsity letters in soccer and two in volleyball.
 
Personal: Alex, daughter of Kyle and Lisa Kimmel, is a physical therapy major.
