2019: In the season opener against Nazareth on Feb 23, Panara scored two goals...Recorded an assist and two ground balls on March 2 against SUNY Cortland...Recorded three assists while having two draw controls against Scranton on March 10...Had two assists and caused one turnover against Gettysburg on March 14...Scored a goal and had four draw controls against Scranton on March 17...Scored two goals, had four assists and two draw controls against SUNY Brockport on March 20...Scored one goal, had one assist and three draw controls against St. John Fisher on March 23...Scored two goals, recorded four assists and had seven draw controls against Rochester on March 26... Recorded three assists against Union (N.Y) on March 30... Recorded three assists and had 12 draw controls against St. Lawrence on April 5... 2018: Panara continued to play a vital role in the Bombers offense during her junior campaign. She finished third on the team in goals with 39 and lead the team in assists with 52 for a team high 91 total points. Panara also collected 20 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers, while at the "X" she led the team with 76 draw controls.Panara ended her junior year shattering records. She ranks seventh for career points with 200, second in career assists with 99, and first in points for a season with 91. Panara also ended the season by earning Women's At-Large Academic All-District first team selection, IWLCA All-Empire Region first team, ECAC DIII North Offensive Player of the Week, Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week. |
2018 Statistics
2017: Started in all 19 games for the Bombers during her sophomore season. Finished second on the team in goals (34), assists (32) and points (66), while notching one game-winning goal as well. Panara also found success on the defensive for the Bombers, recording 27 ground balls in 19 games. Logged a season-best five assists during an 18-8 win against Nazareth (4/15). She was named to the Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team and the IWLCA All-Region Second Team at the conclusion of the season. |
2017 Statistics
2016: Started all 20 games for the Bombers during her freshman season in 2016. Finished fourth on the team with 43 points, accounting for the fourth most goals (28) and tied for second on the squad in assists (15). Her 11 free-position goals were third-most on the team. She also added 19 ground balls, 16 caused turnovers, and 29 draw controls. Recorded five hat-tricks on the year, which included two six-point efforts in victories over St. Lawrence (3/5) and at Hartwick (4/16). She was named Empire 8 Rookie of the Year at the conclusion of the season. |
