2018: In her senior season, Long continued to show great efforts on the defensive end. She ranked second on the team in ground balls collected with 52 and was the team leader in caused turnovers with 45. Long was tabbed an IWLCA All-Empire Region First team selection, All-Liberty League Defensive Player of the year, Liberty League Defensive Player of the week, and named to the Liberty League honor roll. | 2018 Statistics

2017: Started all 19 games for the Bombers as a junior. Recorded a team-best 37 ground balls, while finishing second on the team in caused turnovers with 27. Also logged 17 draw control wins for IC during her junior campaign. She was an Empire 8 All-Conference First Team and IWLCA All-Region First Team selection. Earned IWLCA Third-Team All-America honors at the conclusion of the season. | 2017 Statistics

2016: Started all 20 games on defense for the Bombers in 2016. She finished third on the team with 30 ground balls, while she ranked second on the team with 27 caused turnovers during the year. She added two points, both coming on assists in the 8-6 victory against William Smith (4/12). Marked a season-best four ground balls in twice during the year in a win at Nazareth (4/2) and a loss at Hamilton (4/19). Her season-best for caused turnovers was also four, coming in a win over St. Lawrence (3/5) and the Hamilton contest. She was named an Empire 8 All-Conference First Team selection and an IWLCA Second Team All-Region pick at the conclusion of the year. | 2016 Statistics

2015: An All-Empire 8 Second Team selection, Long was an integral part of Ithaca's defense during her freshman campaign. Long saw action in all 19 games and with 18 starts, she ranked fifth on the team, with 28 ground balls. She also forced 12 turnovers and won seven draw controls. | 2015 Game-by-Game statistics

High School: A 2014 graduate of Ithaca High School, Long played lacrosse under coach Lyn Reitenbach. Long was also a four year member of the women's basketball team.

Personal: A student in the exploratory program, she is the daughter of Jeff and Cathy Long. Her father, Jeff, is the head coach of Ithaca men's lacrosse team. Her older sister Katie Long played for the women's lacrosse team from 2011-2014 and sister Kelly graduated in 2009.
