High School: Arika graduated from Bishop Guertin High School where he earned four varsity letters in track and field. Over the course of his career, he earned second team and third team All-State honors. Arika also earned four varsity letters in track and one letter in soccer.
Personal: Alex, son of Jared and Jerusha Arika, is an accounting major.
