High School: A 2014 gradute of Thomaston High School, Abbott earned earned four varisty letters under indoor track & field coach Brian Lafontaine and four varsity letters under outdoor track & field coach Mark Olsen. As a senior, he helped lead his team to a league champion title in the 4 x 8. Abbot also earned four varisty letters as a member of the cross country team. Abbot was a league All-Star and 8th place runner up at states for cross country.
Personal: A cinema and photography major, he is the son of Susan and Jim Abbott.
