High School: Jackson attended South Windsor High School, where she earned four varsity letters under head coach Don Lecierc. Jackson served as captain of the squad in her senior season. She was named CCC North All-Conference in her junior and senior season. Jackson was named to the CCC North All-Conference Senior All-Star team in 2015. She helped her team become State runner-ups in the 2013-14/2014-15 seasons. Jackson was named an All-Academic in her senior season.
