2017: Named First Team All Conference... Fleck appeared in 42 games and made 41 starts as a Senior... She batted .409 which ranked second on the team... She collected 45 hits in 110 at bats with 12 walks... She stole a career best ten bases this season... Also, had a career best four hits on May 5th against Nazareth...
2016: Fleck played in 35 games and made 23 starts in the outfield as a junior. Her .288 batting average ranked fourth on the team while her nine stolen bases was tied for the second-most among any Ithaca player. Fleck recorded 15 hits in 52 at-bats and drew five walks. In all, she drove in three runs and scored 13 of her own. She had 14 putouts and one assist from right field. Fleck had three multi-hit games.
2015: Fleck appeared in 29 games as a sophomore and made 26 starts. She batted .250 on the season, recording one double, five RBI and 10 runs scored. Fleck was 4-for-6 in stolen base attempts. |

2014: Fleck started 39 games for the Bombers during her freshman campaign. She earned a spot on the All-Empire 8 Second Team, and was named to the Empire 8 All-Tournament Team after helping Ithaca to the 2014 conference championship. She ranked fourth on the team with a .324 batting average. Fleck finished the year with two doubles, 12 RBI and seven walks. She was also 9-for-9 in stolen base attempts and had a perfect fielding percentage. |

High School: Fleck is a graduate of Bethlehem High School where she earned four varsity letters for coach Karen Gentile. She served as team captain and won the Most Improved Player Award in 2013. Â
