High School: A 2011 graduate of Timberlane Regional High School, Swanson lettered in three sports – indoor and outdoor track & field and soccer. She was the track & field captain her junior and senior years and was a two-time Eagle Tribune honorable mention in the 400-meter dash. She helped set school records in the indoor 4x200, the indoor 4x400 and the outdoor 4x400. She ran a leg of the New Hampshire state championship 4x400 relay.
Personal: An integrated marketing communications major, she is the daughter of Karen and Alan Swanson.
