2015-16: Duffy was named Empire 8 Swimmer of the Week for the week of Dec. 2, 2015.

2014-15: Duffy was a five-time Empire 8 Runner-up, taking second amongst conference opponents at the UNYSCSA Championships in the 50-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley relay, 200-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relay. She earned six all-state honors, and was a four-time UNYSCSA Runner-up (50-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard medley relay). Duffy participated in numerous events including freestyle and relays. Her 100-yard freestyle finish of 53.51 at the state meet marked Ithaca’s fastest time on the season.

2013-14: Duffy was a standout performer for the Bombers in her freshman season. She earned five All-Empire 8 honors, including an E8 and UNYSCSA title in the 50-yard freestyle. Duffy also received all-state recognition five times, as she finished second overall in the 100-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard medley relay at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships.   

High School: Duffy graduated from Pen Argyl Area High School where she earned two letters swimming for coach Shannon Danaher.
 
Personal: Lake is a student in the exploratory program and is the daughter of Lance Duffy and Lisa Fedon.
