2016: Named to the Collegiate Baseball News Preseason watch list for 2016… ABCA/Rawlings New York Region Third Team…Empire 8 Conference Tournament Most Outstanding Player…Empire 8 Conference Honorable Mention selection… Empire 8 Pitcher of the Week on May 16th… In his first appearance back from injuring his arm, he threw for two innings and recorded one strike out on March 15th against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps … On April 12th at Rochester he picked up his first win of the season throwing for five innings allowing only four hits, giving up two earned runs, while striking out four … Recording his second win of the season on April 17th at Utica College he threw for five innings picking up three strike outs … On April 23rd against Houghton he picked up his 30th career win throwing for six innings allowing only one earned run and striking out six… Tossed seven shutout innings against Elmira on May 7th with six strikeouts and no walks…At the Empire 8 Tournament, he held Stevens to just two hits over seven innings and followed with 3.2 innings of relief against St. John Fisher in the title game.
2015:Missed the entire season due to an injury.
2014: Prendergast was named Empire 8 and ECAC Upstate Pitcher of the Year after a 9-1 record and a 2.60 ERA. He tossed 69.1 innings with 56 strikeouts and just six walks, and held opponents to a .234 batting average. In 11 games started, he threw three complete games with one shutout. He picked up E8 Player of the Week recognition on March 31 and was named to the first-team by the Empire 8 and ECAC. Along with that, Prendergast landed on D3Baseball.com Preseason All-America Second Team, D3Baseball.com All-America Third Team, D3Baseball.com First Team All-New York Region and ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-New York Region. |

2013: He posted a perfect 10-0 record as a sophomore with a 2.04 ERA in 83.2 innings pitched. Prendergast tossed four complete games and struck out 55 batters while walking 12. Opponents hit just .212 against the righty and only collected 12 extra base hits in 321 at bats. He earned the team’s first win at the College World Series against No. 23 Millsaps in 7.1 innings of work with six strikeouts. He was named ABCA/Rawlings All-America Third Team, ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-New York Region and Honorable Mention Empire 8 All-Conference. |

2012: Prendergast led Bomber pitchers in innings pitched and strikeouts as a freshman, earning him Empire 8 and ECAC Upstate NY Rookie of the year honors. After compiling eight wins and a 2.81 earned run average in 12 starts he was named a Second-Team Empire 8 and ABCA New York Region All-Star. He was named Empire 8 pitcher of the week twice, as well as ECAC Upstate NY Pitcher of the Week after compiling a 1.14 earned run average and 19 strikeouts in his first 23 innings of the season. |

High School: A 2011 graduate of Shenendehowa High School, Prendergast was coached by Jim Caresse. He was named to the Section II all-star team as a junior and senior.
