2014: Named to the Empire 8 All-Tournament Team, Long earned All-Empire 8 Honorable Mention accolades as a senior. She started each of the Bombers’ 18 games, while helping anchor Ithaca’s defense. 2013: An All-Empire 8 honorable mention, Long was named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll as a junior. The defender who started each of the Bombers’ 18 games, scored a goal against Rochester and dished out an assists against Utica for two points in 2013. 2012: An Empire 8 honorable mention as a sophomore, Long started each of the Bombers’ 17 games. She scooped up 22 ground balls and was one of five Bombers to force double-digit turnovers with 12. Career Statistics

High School: A 2010 graduate of Ithaca High School, Long played lacrosse and ice hockey. She was a four-year letterwinner under head coach Lyn Reitenbach at defense. Long was a first team All-Section A Tompkins County honoree all four years and was selected to the national team.

Personal: A business administration major, she is the daughter of Jeff and Cathy Long. Her father, Jeff, is the head coach of Ithaca men's lacrosse team and her sister, Kelly, is a 2010 graduate of Ithaca.
