2016: McQuillan played in 42 games for the Bombers including 36 starts in center.  She went 25-for-97 at the dish for a .258 batting average.  McQuillan was named to the Empire 8’s All-Tournament team after hitting a walk-off two-run single to lift the Bombers to their 10th Empire 8 Conference title.  She was later named to the NCAA regional All-Tournament Team.  McQuillan had five doubles on the season and drove in 17 runs while scoring seven of her own.  She had five multi-hit games during her senior season.  McQuillan led the team with a 1.000 fielding percentage as she did not have an error all season.

2015: McQuillan appeared in 32 games and made 20 starts. She recorded a perfect fielding percentage and stolen base percentage for the Bombers in her junior season. McQuillan also picked up her first collegiate homerun in a game against Stevens on April 4. | 2015 Game-by-game statistics

2014: McQuillan saw action in 36 games and made 27 starts for the Bombers. She picked up eight hits, including two doubles, and scored eight runs. She picked up five RBI and drew five walks. McQuillan recorded 29 putouts and four assists. 2014 Game-by-game statistics

High School: A 2012 graduate of Magnolia West High School, Erin earned four varsity letters as a member of the Mustangs. She was named the defensive most valuable player, and was a two time all-district selection.  

Personal: A business administration major with a concentration in marketing, she is the daughter of Pat and Kathy McQuillan.
