High School: A 2011 graduate of Queensbury High School, Benway lettered three times in track & field for coach Pete Crotty. She earned MVP honors in 2010 and was named an athlete of the week. She also competed in cheerleading.

Personal: An integrated marketing communications major, she is the daughter of Joanne Conley and Randall Benway.
