2014-15: Empire 8 Runner-up, Indoor 4x200-meter relay

High School: A 2012 graduate of Horseheads High School, Shephard was a four-year letter winner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field. He received New York scholar athlete honors during both track & field seasons.

Personal: A business administration major, he is the son of William and Jennifer Shephard.
