High School: A 2012 graduate of Horseheads High School, Leary was a four-year letter winner in cross country and outdoor track & field and a three-year letter winner during the indoor track & field season. He earned New York State scholar athlete recognition during both track & field seasons.
Personal: An occupational therapy major, Leary is the son of Mike Leary and Jeanne Estep. His sister, Meghan, also attended Ithaca.
