High School: A 2011 graduate of Elyria Catholic High School, Rick was a four-year letter winner on the cross country and track & field teams. A senior captain on the cross country team, she was named runner of the year in 2010. During both the 2009 and 2010 seasons, she earned first-team all-North Coast League accolades, first-team all-Lorain County honors and team MVP nods. She received most improved recognition in 2008 and the coaches award in 2007. She served as track & field captain during her outdoor senior season and tallied MVP honors as a junior and senior.
Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Adam and Teresa Rick. She is also a member of Ithaca's cross country team and was named the 2011 Empire 8 Rookie of the Year.
