Biography

2015-16: Puls did not appear in any bouts during his junior season.
 
2014-15: Puls competed at the Ithaca Invitational and the Jamestown Community College Open. | 2014-15 Stats

2013-14: Puls earned one overall win during his freshman season, in the 165 position, by pinning his opponent. He competed in eight matches throughout his rookie year. | 2013-14 Stats

High School: A 2013 graduate of The Hotchkiss School, Puls earned three varsity letters for wrestling and two for football. Puls was a team captain on his wrestling team and placed second at The Hill Tournament.

Personal: An environmental science major, he is the son of Thomas and Donna Puls.
