2015-16: Reilly earned two UNYSCSA honors, one as champion of the 200-yard Medley Relay and as a runner-up for the 400-yard Medley Relay. Reilly was also named first-team all-conference.  Reilly also earned All-State honors in the 100 breaststroke as her time of 1:06.69 moved her into sixth all-time in event history.

2014-15: Reilly was an Empire 8 and UNYSCSA Runner-up in the 200-yard freestyle relay, earning her all-state and all-conference recognition. She participated in numerous events including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, individual medley and relays. Reilly finished first in the 100-yard backstroke against William Smith on Nov. 5, 2014 with a time of 1:03.75.

2013-14: Reilly was named Empire 8 champion after helping the 200-yard medley relay team take second overall at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships. The finish also earned her all-state recognition. She competed in freestyle, backstroke, individual medley, breaststroke and relays during the season. Reilly’s best group finish was first in the 200-yard freestyle relay on Feb. 1, 2014.

High School: Reilly graduated from Northport High School. In her senior year, she was the recipient of the coach's award and was also team captain. In addition, she was a three time YMCA Nationals qualifier, where she represented the Huntington YMCA in the breast stroke and 200-yard medley relay. 

 
Personal: Samantha is a legal studies major and is the daughter of Thomas and Kathleen Reilly
