Biography
2014-15: Isaksen earned All-UNYSCSA honors with a fifth place finish in the 100-yard butterfly at the state meet. She participated in various events including freestyle, butterfly and relays. Isaksen finished first in the 50-yard freestyle at Alfred on Jan. 24, with a time of 26.16.
2013-14: Isaksen earned her first all-state honor with an eight place finish in the 200-yard butterfly at the UNYSCSA / Empire 8 Championships. Along with butterfly, she also competed in freestyle and relay events. Isaksen finished second overall in the 200-yard freestyle on Jan. 25, 2014, which marked her highest individual finish of the season. She was also part of several first place relay finishes.
2012-13: Isaksen was a part of the 200-yard medley relay team that finished in 1:57.15 against William and Smith. She was also part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that took first against Fredonia on Jan. 12, 2013.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Ward Melville High School, Isaksen earned varsity letters each of her three seasons competing under coach Chris Gordon. She earned all-league honors and was a team captain during the 2010 season.
Personal: A history major, Isasksen is the daughter of Bob and Sue Isaksen.
