Ithaca College Athletics

2013-14: Knight was a six time all-conference selection after being named Empire 8 champion in the 400-yard medley relay and runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay. Knight was also a five time UNYSCSA runner-up and took home six all-state selections at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships. Knight appeared at the NCAA Championships and took home all-America honors after helping the 200-yard freestyle relay team place 14th overall. 

2012-13: Knight took a big step forward in his sophomore season, as he earned All-UNYSCSA honors in a number of events. He was part of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that placed third, also taking third in the 50-yard freestyle. He also earned a sixth place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke and placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle at the UNYSCSA Championships. His season was highlighted by his first place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay, making him both Empire 8 Champion and UNYSCSA Champion. Knight was part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that swam a time of 1:22.63 at the NCAAs, placing 13th overall to earn honorable mention all-America honors. He was named a College Swimming Coaches Association First Team Scholar All-America selection, making him one of five Bombers to earn the honor.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, Knight claimed varsity letters in both of his two seasons of competition for coach Brian Berg. He qualified for the New York state meet in the 50 free. Knight also earned two varsity letters in soccer as a defender.

Personal: A business major, he is the son of John and Maria Knight. His brother Chris attends Ithaca.
