2015-2016: Hebert received second team All-Conference honors in the 50 and 100 free along with placing third in the 50 yard freestyle at the state meet.  Hebert also received two other All-State honors by placing third in both the 100 yard freestyle and 400 yard freestyle relay at the UNYSCSA Championships.

2014-2015: Hebert was a five-time all-state and two-time all-conference honoree after helping both the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard medley relay teams finish second overall at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships. He also finished third overall in the 200-yard freestyle, and fifth overall in the 200-yard individual at the state meet. He was a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that finished fourth overall at the UNYSCSA Championships. Hebert set the third fastest time in program history in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:41.70 at the state meet. 

2013-14: Hebert was a two-time all-conference and all-state honoree after helping the 400-yard freestyle relay and 800-yard freestyle relay take second overall at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships. He appeared in the NCAA Championships and earned all-America honors after placing 12th in the 800-yard freestyle relay.    

2012-13: Hebert earned all-state honors and was named to the All-Empire 8 Second Team after he placed second at the UNYSCSA Championships in the 800-yard freestyle relay (6:49.21) and the 400-yard individual medley (4:08.90). He also earned all-state honors after placing fifth overall in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:55.30. 

High School: Hebert graduated from Princeton High School. He swam at the varsity level for four seasons under coach Greg Hand. He was named a team captain his senior season, also earning his team’s High Impact Award.  

Personal: Addison is a physics major and is the son of Alain and Lauren Hebert.
