Biography
2014-15: Dougherty competed in the freestyle, butterfly and relays during his junior season. His best individual finish was in the 50-yard butterfly in a dual meet against Brockport. He placed fourth with a time of 25.27.Â
2013-14: Dougherty competed in a number of different events throughout the season, including freestyle, breaststroke, individual medley, butterfly and relays. Â Â
2012-13: Dougherty finished second in the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 29.14 at the first meet of the season against Brockport on Oct. 13, 2012. He also finished fourth in the 200-yard individual freestyle with a time of 1:53.14 against RPI on Oct. 27, 2012.
High School: Dougherty graduated from Fairfield Prep High School. He earned four varsity letters in swimming for coaches Bruce Jaffe and Mike Ferraro. Dougherty earned all-state and all-conference selections while leading his team to a state championship.
Personal: Keith is business administration major and is the son of Arthur and Jean Dougherty.Â
