2013 Women's Cross Country Roster

Biography

2013: Randall competed in seven races as a graduate student. She raced to a 12th-place finish at the NCAA Championship to become the 21st all-American in program history. She clocked season-best times of 18:39.80 in the 5,000-meter run and 21:24.60 in the 6,000. Her 6K time was a team-best performance that earned her all-region accolades with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship. Randall was selected to the Academic All-America Third Team following a first-team showing on the District 3 All-Academic Team. She was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2013.

2012: Randall did not compete in cross country as a senior.

2011: Radall did not compete in cross country as a junior.

2010: Randall competed in four races during her sophomore season. She recorded season-best performances of 18:37.00 in the 5,000-meter run at the Empire 8 Championships to finish third and earn first-team all-conference honors and 23:34.70 in the 6,000 run at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational. Randall placed 11th at the NYSCTC Championships to collect second-team all-state accolades.

2009: In her first season with the Bombers, Randall was Ithaca’s top runner at every race she entered. She earned first-team all-NYSCTC honors with a fourth-place finish at the state meet. Her time of 18:35 was the lowest of any freshman at the race. She won the Empire 8 individual title by posting a time of 17:52. Randall finished in sixth place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship with a time of 22:13 She was the Empire 8 Runner of the Week seven times in an eight-week stretch.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Cincinnatus Central High School, Randall lettered in track & field and soccer.

Personal: An physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Sandra and Michael Randall. She is a two-time All-American and a six-time school record holder on Ithaca's track & field team.
