2013: Lisack competed in nine races as a sophomore. She clocked season-best times of 18:23.10 in the 5,000-meter run, the third-fastest Bomber time, and 22:52.10 in the 6,000. Named Empire 8 Runner of the Week on Oct. 28, Lisack placed sixth at the conference championship to earn first-team recognition. She was named to the All-NYSCTC second team with an eighth-place finish. Lisack was selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2013 and Spring 2014.

2012: Lisack competed in eight races during her freshman season. She tallied season-best times of 18:51.54 in the 5,000-meter run and 22:53.20 in the 6,000. Lisack recorded an eighth-place finish at the Empire 8 Championship to earn first-team all-conference nods and placed 18th at the NYSCTC Championship good for third-team all-state recognition.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Goshen Central High School, Lisack was member of the cross country and track & field teams. A senior captain on the cross country team, she helped her team to three state championships. Lisack also served as a captain on her track & field team as a senior.

Personal: A biochemistry major, she is the daughter of Greg and Debbie Lisack. She is also a member of Ithaca's track & field team.
