2015: Empire 8 Second-Team
2014: Fay was named All-Empire 8 Second-Team and All-NYSCTC Second-Team.
2013: Fay competed in seven races as a sophomore. She clocked season-best times of 18:53.90 in the 5,000-meter run and 23:47.30 in the 6,000.
2012: Fay competed in nine races during her freshman season. She tallied season-best times of 15:12.80 in the 4,000-meter run, 18:35.77 in the 5,000 and 22:31.40 in the 6,000. Fay placed fourth at the Empire 8 Championship to earn all-conference first-team nods and 14th at the NYSCTC Championship to record second-team all-state recognition.
High School: A 2012 graduate of Keene High School, Fay was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field. Twice named a Division I cross country all-star, she earned outstanding freshman honors in 2008 and MVP in 2011. A captain her senior year, Fay earned the Division I team sportsmanship award as a junior and senior. In track & field she was named outstanding freshman in 2009 and received the Jennifer Hadden Memorial Award in 2012.
Personal: A health sciences major, she is the daughter of Kevin and Jacqui Fay. She is also a member of Ithaca's track & field team.
