2013: Allen competed in seven races as a senior captain. She clocked season-best times of 19:39.90 in the 5,000-meter run and 24:46.60 in the 6,000. Allen was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2013 and Spring 2014.

2012: Allen competed in five races during her junior season. She tallied season-best times of 16:06.30 in the 4,000-meter run, 20:21.40 in the 5,000 and 24:52.60 in the 6,000. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2012.

2011: Allen competed in six races as a sophomore. She recorded season-best times of 16:45.60 in the 4,000-meter run, 20:19.00 in the 5,000 and 25:35.00 in the 6,000. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2011 and Spring 2012.

2010: Allen competed in seven races during her freshman campaign. She recorded season-best times of 16:23.30 in the 4,000-meter run at the Cortland Jack Daniels Invitational, 19:08.00 in the 5,000 at the NYSCTC Championships and 24:02.00 in the 6,000 at the Oberlin Inter-regional Rumble.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Middletown High School, Allen was coached by Denise McKewen. She served as team captain for three years and was named the Middies’ MVP four times. She was also named MVP of the track & field team as a senior.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Doug and Amy Allen. She is also a member of Ithaca's track & field team.
