2016: Started in 12 games and saw action in 13 for the Bombers... Recorded two goals and two assists… Both goals were game-winners against Stevens in the 76th minute (Sep. 18) and St. John Fisher in the 38th minute (Oct. 29)... Earned Empire 8 All-Tournament Team and Honorable Mention All- Conference.
2015: Halpern saw action in nine games this season…Recorded five starts on the year…Season highlight came against Marywood on Sept. 12, where he scored a goal and recorded two shots…Registered a season-high three shots on Sept. 1 against Medaille…Finished the season with one goal, totaling two points, and eight shots.
2014: Halpern played in six games for the Bombers in the 2014 season, starting two. He recorded one shot on the year, coming against Hobart on Sept. 30, 2014.
2013: Halpern played in 15 games for the Bombers and made eight starts. He totaled four points on the year, coming on one goal and two assists. Halpern’s first career goal came against St. John Fisher on Sept. 25. He recorded two assists against Utica on Oct. 19.Â
High School: Halpern graduated from Colts Neck High School where he played four years of varsity soccer for coach Art Collier. Halpern was an all-state third team selection and a two-time team captain. Halpern also played one year of varsity lacrosse.
Personal: Scott is a psychology major and is the son of Matthew and Wendy Halpern.Â
