2012: Prugar earned All-Empire 8 honorable mention after totaling 263 yards on 21 receptions for the season. He scored five touchdowns and had at least one catch in nine of Ithaca's 10 games. His season-long reception of 39 yards against Hartwick went for a Bomber touchdown. It was the first All-Empire 8 honor for Prugar. |

2010: Prugar was one of five Bomber freshmen to letter after playing in seven games as a running back. He made his first career start in the Cortaca Jug a week after collecting 57 rushing yards (on 14 carries) and 34 receiving yards (on four catches) at Alfred; all four totals were season bests. High School: A 2010 graduate of York High School, Prugar was coached by Randy Small. He earned all-league and all-state honors and was named conference player of the year as a senior. Prugar served as team captain for the Wildcats and also lettered in basketball and track & field.
