2012 game-by-game statistics
2011: Neumann played in eight games and made five starts under center. In his first career start he completed 16 of 30 passes in the season-opening win over Brockport, throwing for 194 yards and his first career touchdown. Neumann threw for 228 yards, completing 17 passes – including a touchdown – at Utica and a week later posted career-best totals of 246 passing yards and 26 completions in Ithaca’s come-from-behind win over Frostburg State. Neumann was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List following both the fall and spring semesters. | 2011 game-by-game statistics
2010: Neumann received the Marty Higgins Award, given to the top junior varsity player. Neumann was named Ithaca’s Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week after the Homecoming win over Hartwick.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, Neumann was coached by Matt Shell. He was named Section II Player of the Year and helped the Spartans to two sectional crowns and a pair of trips to the state final. Neumann, who also lettered four times in basketball, served as team captain.
Personal: A journalism major, he is the son of Gary and Patty Neumann.
