2013 Statistics

2011: In his first varsity season Gentile played in two games as a reserve fullback and special teams contributor. He made his first collegiate appearance against Alfred, recording a pair of tackles in kick coverage. A week later he collected a solo tackle on a Red Dragon punt return during the Cortaca Jug game. Gentile was named Ithaca’s Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week following the season-opening victory over Brockport. He was named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List following the spring semester. | 2011 game-by-game statistics

2010: Gentile spent his freshman season as a member of the Bombers’ junior varsity team.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Garden City High School, Gentile was coached by Tom Flatley. A three-year starter, he earned all-conference honors and served as the Trojans’ captain as a senior. Gentile also lettered in baseball.

Personal: A journalism major, he is the son of John and Pat Gentile.
