2012 game-by-game statistics

2011: As a sophomore Garvey played in every game as a reserve defensive back and one of the top contributors on Ithaca’s special teams units.  His five tackles in kick coverage ranked fifth on the team. Garvey made a pair of stops, including a tackle for loss, at Utica and a week later recorded a career-high three tackles (with two solo stops) and a pass break-up in the win over Frostburg State. In the victory at Union, Garvey set up a Bomber touchdown by recovering a fumble on a Flying Dutchman punt return. He was in on a safety during the Utica game. | 2011 game-by-game statistics

2010: Garvey played in the secondary for Ithaca’s junior varsity team as a Bomber freshman.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Franklin High School, Garvey was coached by Brad Sideueu. He earned all-league honors and served as Panthers’ captain for two years.

Personal: A business administration major, he is the son of Kevin and Susan Garvey.
