Biography

2011: Carter coxed Ithaca’s varsity 4, helping the boat to a third-place finish at the ECAC Championships.

2010: Carter rowed in seventh seat of Ithaca's second novice 8 boat.

High School: A 2009 graduate of H.B. Plant High School, Carter was coached by Skye Elliot.

Personal: An anthropology major, she is the daughter of Ed and Julie Carter.
