Biography

2010-11: Randall earned championship victories in the distance medley relay at the Empire 8 and NYSCTC Indoor Championships and won the 800-meter run at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships. She tallied All-NYSCTC honors in the indoor 800 and the outdoor 1,500 run and 3,200 relay, while finishing seventh in the indoor DMR to earn All-ECAC accolades. Randall clocked indoor season-bests of 2:20.43 in the 800 run, 5:28.40 in the one mile run and 12:05.93 in the DMR. Outdoors she had season-best times of 2:19.54 in the 800, 4:50.53 in the 1,500 and 10:48.82 in the 3,000.

2009-10: Coming off an explosive cross country season, Randall was named the Empire 8 Rookie of the year after tallying a pair of titles at the conference indoor championships. The freshman was a member of the NYSCTC championship distance medley relay squad and additionally earned all-state honors in the 800-meter run and the 1,600 relay. Randall also earned All-ECAC accolades as a member of Ithaca’s DMR that finished second at the ECAC Indoor Championships. Randall competed in seven different events throughout the indoor season and tallied season-best individual times of 2:18.84 in the 800 run, 2:59.97 in the 1,000 run, 5:07.95 in the mile and 10:34.09 in the 3,000 run. As a member of three relay squads, Randall helped the Bombers to a time of 4:11.18 in the 1,600 relay, 9:46.69 in the 3,200 relay and 12:10.39 in the DMR. A 2010 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection, Randall competed in three individual events and on a pair of relays during the outdoor season. She earned all-state recognition in the 800 run, 1,500 run and 1,600 relay, while also finishing as the runner up in the 1,500 at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships. Randall tallied season-best times of 2:16.18 in the 800, 4:42.35 in the 1,500 and 18:55.15 in the 5K. She ran the opening leg of Ithaca’s 12:19.11 DMR and the third leg of the Bombers’ 4:07.94 1,600 relay.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Cincinnatus Central High School, Randall lettered in track & field and soccer. As a senior on the track & field team she was named team most valuable player and she earned the coaches' award as a junior. Randall finished second in the Division II state championships in the 1,500-meter run and 14th in the 800, while earning All-Central New York honors as a senior.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Michael and Sandra Randall.
