2017-18: Won the Liberty League title in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 17:38.47... Also finished third in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:05.03 and 7th in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:11.86... Took second in the 200 freestyle against Cortland with a time of 2:02.54 as well as second in the 1,000 freestyle against RPI in 11:17.81... Finished sixth in the 100 breaststroke at the Ithaca Invitational with a time of 1:18.64... Part of the 200 freestyle relay team which took second at the Liberty League Championships with a time of 1:37.54... Also on the 800 freestyle relay team which finished third in 7:51.43... Named All-Liberty League First Team in the 1,650 freestyle and earned an All-Liberty League Honorable Mention nod in the 500 freestyle... Liberty League Winter All-Academic Team.

2016-17: Finished 11th overall at the UNYSCSA Championship in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:13.16... Took second against RPI in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:03.04... Finished second against Cortland in the 1,000 freestyle in 11:19.19... Finished fourth against Union in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:04.20... Part of the 800 freestyle relay team which took sixth place at the UNYSCSA Championship with a time of 7:57.45.

2015-16: Competed in the freestyle, distance, butterfly and IM for the Bombers... Finished 14th overall in the 1,650 freestyle at the UNYSCSA Championship with a time of 18:27.33 as well as 13th in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:15.88, which was also a team-best time... Took second against Union in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:00.65 as well as second in the 400 IM against Alfred in 5:02.87... Finished third against Hartwick in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 11:09.03.

2014-15: Costa participated in numerous events including freestyle, butterfly and relays. She finished first in the 1,000-yard freestyle against Cortland on Nov. 8, 2014 with a time of 10:57.74. Her finish also marked the team’s fastest 1,000-yard freestyle time throughout the season. 

High School: Costa is a graduate of the Sagemont School where she competed in swimming for three years. She also competed for the Azura Aquatic Club under coach Gianluca Alberani. Costa was a team captain as a senior and earned team MVP honors as a junior and sophomore.

Personal: She is the daughter of Pedro Martins and Ana Luiza Pinho... Biology major.
