TROY, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team tallied nine points during day one of the 2014 ECAC Outdoor Championship at Rensselaer.
 
Sophomore Sawyer Hitchcock was the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a 9:26.97 finish.
 
The Bombers' 4x400 relay of juniors Matt Femia, Mason Mann and Kevin Davis and senior Brennan Edmonds placed eighth with a finish of 3:21.81.
 
The Bombers will return to action Friday at 10 a.m.
