ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's crew competed against Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology Saturday, marking the first regatta of the Bombers' spring season. Ithaca competed under variable winds turning to head-wind at 1,000 meters.
Ithaca took first in three of the four races, including the varsity 8, the second varsity 8 and the varsity 4. The team of

Andrew Voorhees,

Ethan Freedman,
Chris Noble and
Tyler Edwards guided the varsity 8 to a first place finish, completing the race in a time of 6:07.3.
Ithaca's second varsity 8 also took first, as the crew of
Ryan Myers (coxswain)

Keith MacDonald,
Taylor LeBlanc,
Jake Korinko,
Dan Brauchli,
Branden George and
Drew Erskine finished in a time of 6:27.8. RIT took second with a time of 6:39.8 and Rochester came in third with a time of 6:47.7. The Bombers capped the day with the top time in the varsity four, as the crew of

Jason Manrow,
Tyler Lemmons and
Skyler Bocciolatt took first in a time of 7:37.7.
